Microwave Protein Muffin

So I always experiment with adding protein to things and experimenting and taking something unhealthy like a muffin and making it super healthy and nutritious. So I have been developing the perfect protein muffin that is microwavable. As in it is single serving too! It takes only a couple minutes to make. I’m gonna upload a picture when I make it again! Oh it’s also a huge serving!

Ingredients:

- 2 Egg whites

- 1 Tbsp soy flour

- 1  Tbsp whole wheat flour

- 1  Tbsp Cocoa powder

- 1/4 c Fage Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (it must be Fage brand and non-fat or else the protein content will seriously drop. It is the yogurt with the highest protein content: 23 g per serving!)

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Optionals:

- Truvia

- Cinnamon, Ginger, nutmeg, cloves, all spice, cardamom, or any other spice

Microwave in a microwave safe container for 4 minutes and voila!
